Credits Refund Policy
Under certain circumstances, we may refund Credits that you have utilized, and these will be returned to your Credits account if:
- - Scam: You have fallen victim to a scam orchestrated by another Member or a third party on the Website. Please refer to the Note on Scam below for further details.
- - Note on Scam: While we strive to minimize the risk of scams on the Website it is essential to acknowledge that meeting new people on the Internet carries inherent risks. If you have experienced a scam, we may choose to refund the Credits you spent while interacting with a Member involved in the fraudulent activity. However, please be aware that this would be your exclusive recourse against us.
- - Other: We have failed to deliver the Services you paid for, violating our Terms of Use and the commitments made on our Website.
- Refund Policy
In the event of a permanent closure of your account, you will receive a refund for any unused Credits that you had previously purchased, as per our Terms of Use.
- Process for Refunds

We request that you adhere to our refund procedure and refrain from initiating a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider without following our guidelines. Engaging in dishonest chargebacks could lead to potential legal action against you to recover any resulting losses we may incur.
