This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Refund Policy (collectively, the "Terms"), and applies to your access to and use of Hypedvibe.com (the "Website") and the associated services offered through it (the "Services").
This Policy is issued by Devurum Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE368090, having its registered address at 8 Amathountos Ave, off 201, 4531, Limassol, Cyprus ("Hypedvibe", "Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Any violation of this Policy may result in the removal of content, warnings, suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of Credits, and/or referral to law enforcement or other competent authorities, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to Hypedvibe under the Terms or applicable law.

1. Purpose and Scope
This Policy sets out the standards of conduct required of all users of the Services ("you", "user", "Member") and describes the protocols Hypedvibe maintains to prevent, detect, and respond to human and sex trafficking, illegal activity, impersonation, and Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM"), and to report such activity to law enforcement. This Policy applies to all content and conduct on or in connection with the Services, including profiles, messages, photos, videos, live streams, gifts, and any other User Content, whether or not such content or conduct is publicly visible.
Hypedvibe reserves the right to interpret and apply this Policy at its sole discretion and to update it from time to time in accordance with Section 10 of this Policy.
2. General Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, in connection with the Services:
- use the Services in any unlawful manner or in a manner that is harmful to, or violates the rights of, others;
- engage in any unlawful, harassing, obscene, intimidating, threatening, predatory, or stalking conduct;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, affiliation, connection, or association with any person or entity;
- defraud, swindle, or deceive other users, or solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial information under false pretenses;
- engage in, promote, or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, or sexual exploitation of any kind;
- create, upload, share, request, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material, or otherwise sexualize, endanger, or exploit a minor in any way;
- disseminate another person's personal information without their permission, or collect or solicit another user's personal information for unlawful or commercial purposes;
- solicit or engage in gambling, money laundering, or the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods;
- use scripts, bots, or other automated technology to scrape, access, or manipulate the Services;
- attempt to circumvent age verification, identity verification, or any other safety or security measure implemented by Hypedvibe; or
- aid, encourage, or provide material support to any other user engaged in the conduct described above.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Hypedvibe may determine, in its sole discretion, that other conduct not expressly listed above violates the spirit of this Policy.
3. Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation Protocols
Hypedvibe maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, and sexual exploitation. We maintain the following protocols to prevent, detect, and respond to such activity:
3.1 Prevention and Detection
- automated and manual monitoring systems designed to identify language, imagery, and behavioral patterns associated with trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- mandatory training for moderation and support staff on recognizing indicators of trafficking, coercion, and exploitation;
- restrictions on the exchange of contact information and off-platform redirection commonly associated with exploitative recruitment;
- periodic review and updating of detection methods to reflect evolving trafficking typologies.
3.2 Response and Reporting to Law Enforcement
- immediate suspension of any account exhibiting indicators of trafficking or exploitation pending investigation;
- preservation of relevant account data, communications, and evidence in a manner suitable for submission to law enforcement;
- reporting of confirmed or reasonably suspected trafficking activity to the National Human Trafficking Hotline, INTERPOL, Europol, and/or the competent national law enforcement or anti-trafficking task force in the relevant jurisdiction;
- permanent banning of any user found to be involved in trafficking, prostitution, or related exploitation, without entitlement to a refund; and
- full cooperation with law enforcement investigations and prosecutions, including in response to lawful requests for information.
If you become aware of suspected trafficking or exploitation on the Services, report it immediately to [email protected] or directly to your local law enforcement authorities or the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
4. Child Safety: Protection Against CSAM and Exploitation of Minors
Hypedvibe maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse, exploitation, and any content or conduct involving minors. THIS DATING AND SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE IS NOT DIRECTED AT MINORS. Persons under 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, are not permitted to use the Services.
4.1 Prohibited Content and Conduct
- uploading, sharing, requesting, or soliciting CSAM or any sexualized content involving, or purporting to involve, a minor;
- engaging in any sexual communication about, or grooming of, a person under 18;
- attempting to contact, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor for any purpose;
- creating or maintaining a profile that misrepresents age or is designed to attract minors; and
- possessing, producing, or distributing any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
4.2 Prevention Protocols
- mandatory age verification through a third-party provider, using automated facial age estimation and, where necessary, identity document verification;
- automated image- and video-hash matching against known CSAM databases, together with human moderator review of flagged content;
- active monitoring for behavioral indicators of grooming or solicitation of minors; and
- ongoing staff training on the identification of, and appropriate response to, suspected child exploitation.
4.3 Reporting and Enforcement
Where Hypedvibe identifies or reasonably suspects CSAM or the exploitation of a minor, we will:
- immediately remove the content and suspend the associated account, pending investigation;
- preserve the content and associated account data as evidence, as required by applicable law;
- report the content and all available information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the CyberTipline, and/or the competent law enforcement or child protection authority in the relevant jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable mandatory reporting laws;
- permanently ban any user found to be responsible, without entitlement to a refund; and
- cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies in any resulting investigation or prosecution.
All users must report suspected child exploitation or CSAM immediately to [email protected] or directly to local law enforcement or the applicable national reporting hotline (e.g., NCMEC's CyberTipline in the United States). Do not attempt to investigate, engage with, download, or forward suspected CSAM yourself.
5. Impersonation and Identity Misrepresentation
You may not create, operate, or use an account under a name or identity other than your own, or misrepresent your age, gender, marital status, affiliation, or any other material attribute of your identity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- using the name, photograph, or likeness of another person without their consent, including public figures and other users;
- operating fake, duplicate, or automated ("bot") accounts;
- misrepresenting your affiliation with Hypedvibe, its staff, or any third party; and
- using another user's or Member's account without their prior consent.
Hypedvibe maintains identity- and age-verification procedures, profile and photo moderation, and monitoring systems designed to detect impersonation and fraudulent accounts. Confirmed instances of impersonation will result in removal of the offending content, account suspension or termination, and, where the impersonation involves fraud, harassment, or identity theft, referral to law enforcement.
6. Prevention of Fraud, Scams, and Money Laundering
Hypedvibe implements transaction monitoring, payment verification, and account-review procedures designed to detect and prevent financial fraud, money laundering, and scams, including romance scams. You must use only your own, properly authorized payment methods, and must not request or accept money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial information from other users. Suspicious payment activity, unauthorized payment methods, or attempts to circumvent our security measures may result in suspension of payment functionality, account suspension, and reporting to your bank, payment provider, financial authorities, or law enforcement.
7. How to Report a Violation
If you become aware of content or conduct that may violate this Policy, please report it immediately through one or more of the following channels:
- the "Report" function available on the relevant profile, message, or content within the Services;
- email to [email protected], with a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, usernames, message records); or
- our Contact Us form, available on Hypedvibe.com.
Where the report concerns an imminent risk to a person's safety, or suspected trafficking, exploitation, or CSAM, you should also contact your local law enforcement authorities or the relevant national hotline directly, without delay.
We review all reports and may request additional information or evidence to complete our investigation. Reports are handled confidentially and are not shared with the reported user beyond what is necessary to investigate and, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation.
8. Enforcement
Hypedvibe investigates reports and suspected violations of this Policy and may take any of the following actions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, depending on the nature and severity of the violation:
- removal or restriction of the relevant content;
- issuance of a warning;
- temporary suspension of the account;
- permanent termination or banning of the account, without entitlement to a refund of Credits or fees paid, except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy;
- preservation of relevant data and evidence for potential submission to law enforcement; and
- referral of the matter to competent law enforcement, regulatory, or child-protection authorities.
Hypedvibe is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for enforcement action taken against an account and may be prohibited by law from doing so, including where disclosure would interfere with a law enforcement investigation.
9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Hypedvibe cooperates fully with law enforcement, regulatory, and child-protection authorities in the investigation and prosecution of trafficking, exploitation, CSAM, fraud, and other illegal activity connected with the Services. We will preserve and disclose account information, content, and communications in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to prevent harm to any person, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Any amendment will be posted on Hypedvibe.com and will take effect from the date of posting, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy. You are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically.
